All of our products are grown based on a cultivation and processing license granted to The Cannidote, LLC from the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection. That license complies with and works in conjunction with the Wisconsin pilot program described in 2017 Wisconsin Act 4 and State Senate Bill 119, and defined under Section 7606 of the 2014 US Farm Bill. The 2014 Farm Bill defines "industrial hemp" as, " the plant Cannabis sativa L. and any part of such plant, whether growing or not, with a delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol concentration of not more than 0.3 percent on a dry weight basis".
